Sub datasets of IRI FD SubC ELR_Forecast delayed weekly_precip ELR_coeffs CFSv2

CFSv2 from IRI FD SubC ELR_Forecast delayed weekly_precip ELR_coeffs: Global Extended Logistic Regression SubC Forecast, the new version SubCMMEv21 includes GEFSv12, CFSv2v21 and ESRLv21, which starts from 02 Oct 2020 to current. The new version GPCP v1.3 obs data are used to generate the new SubCMMEv21 precipitation probability forecasts. The SubC weekly precipitation flexible forecast starts from Apr 30 2021
