IRI FD SubC Tercile_Forecast delayed weekly_Precipitation: SubC MME including EMC-GEFSv11, CFSv2 and ESRL models, starts from Oct 20 2017 and stops at the end of Apr 2021. The new version SubC MME_v21 including GEFSv12, CFSv2 and ESRL models, starts from May 7 2021. The new version GPCP v1.3 observation data are used to generate the new SubC MME_v21 precipitation probability forecasts.
