IRI FD SubC ELR_Forecast weekly_precip ELR_coeffs: Global Extended Logistic Regression SubC flexible Forecast, the new version SubCMMEv21 including GEFSv12, CFSv2 and ESRL, starts from May 7, 2021. The new version GPCP v1.3 observation data are used to generate the new SubCMMEv21 precipitation probability forecasts.
