IRI FD SubX SubX_Tercile_Forecast Subx_biweekly_Precipitation

IRI FD SubX SubX_Tercile_Forecast Subx_biweekly_Precipitation: SubX MME including EMC-GEFSv11, CFSv2 and ESRL models, starts from Oct 20 2017 and stops at the end of Apr 2021. The new version SubX MMEv21 including GEFSv12, CFSv2 and ESRL models, starts from May 7 2021. The new version GPCP v1.3 observation data are used to generate the new SubX MMEv21 precipitation probability forecasts.
