theta variable or constant Potential Temperature
S variable or constant Salinity
P variable or constant Pressure
Returns
alpha/beta variable or constant Ratio of alpha to beta

Description

abrat uses potential temperature, salinity, and pressure values in the ocean to calculate the ratio of alpha (the thermal expansion coefficient) to beta (the saline contraction coefficient).
