K-means cluster analysis using AS 136 seeded with varimax structures, see APPL. STATIST. (1979) VOL.28, NO.1

A [ space ... ] [ time ... ] N k-means136

Arguments

A variable variable to be analyzed for clusters
space grid set independent variables representing space
time grid set independent variables representing time
N number number of clusters
Returns
clusters dataset dataset containing clusters and ancillary information
For example, the following computes 5 clusters over districts
home .ciph .Eritrea .malaria .climatology96-03 malaria_incidence [district][T]5 k-means136 MOH_SubZobas .the_geom add_variable
The last line copies in the district information from the original dataset; this should become unnecessary
