The links above show maps of the latest 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day animations of 30-day average geopotential height anomalies and standardized height anomalies (and overlaid 1971-2000 climatologies) at 250, 500, and 925 hPa, for 180° to 180° longitude and for 50°W to 50°W longitude. The contour interval for the climatologies is 60 gpm at 250 and 500 hPa and 30 gpm at 925 hPa. NCEP is an acronym for the National Centers for Environmental Prediction, US.
