Base Period: 1961-1990 Description: The plots indiacte the percentage

"Masked" areas in white indicate regions with less than 25 mm of precipitation
during the 3-month season shown. Regions shaded in green indicate
areas that receive more than 30% of their annual precipitation, while areas
shaded in brown
