- NOTE
- An error entering the GPCP Version 2.3 precipitation dataset in the IRI Data Library resulted in an incorrect reversal of data along the latitude (Y) grid in both the precip and precip_error variables for all months in this dataset entry. This error was corrected as of 20 December 2017; the data should now be oriented correctly along the latitude (Y) grid.
